The obtained results: Mathematical models of the controlled angular motion of small spacecraft in a form of difference and differential equations with the use of the Krylov angles and components of the normalized quaternions. Algorithms of control signals forming of magnetic actuators and redundant systems of EMF (electric motor flywheel) based on formal mathematical methods of pseudoinverse matrices. Recurrence robust methods of ellipsoidal state estimation of continuous-discrete DS (Dynamical systems) adapted for estimating the full vector of orientation parameters of small spacecraft with the use of online measurements of the position sensors. The method of constructing ODCC (Onboard digital computer complex) on the PLDs of the ACTEL firm and the processor with reducing parallelism which can significantly reduce the cost of manufacturing ODCC and its software at the expence of complication of the processor internal language. Experimental core of the problem-oriented processor based on PLD crystals (series Virtex-4 and Virtex-7 from the Xilinx firm) for the implementation of the control algorithms in floating point data formats (of single and double precision) and its modeling.
