Work done on the basis of analysis of experimental results on the model loose defect of the tibia , found a stimulating effect of platelet -enriched fibrin gel and autosponhiozy (separately and together) on the course of reparative processes. The most significant effect was first noted in their joint action. Morphological studies of bone changes in patients in the area of ??violations of reparative osteogenesis demonstrated effectiveness of particle mixtures obtained during blocking intramedullary osteosynthesis, as plastic material . Culture and immunological studies first identified in vitro direct positive effect of platelet -enriched fibrin gel on proliferative activity and differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells of human bone marrow . For the first time found that different types of false joints have different performance koloniyeutvorennya mesenchymal bone marrow stem cells , which in patients with hypertrophic false joints 12 times higher than in patients with hipotrofichnymy joints. Analysis of clinical data ( 60 patients ) observations showed that the application of platelet -enriched fibrin gel in patients with fractures of the tibia improved outcomes , reduced healing time ( 1.25 months.) аnd disability ( for 1.05 a month.) сompared to patients who have not used this gel.
