Object of study: neuroblastoma and epithelial colon tumors. Purpose - to multivariate analysis of heterogeneous cellular composition of tumors by morphological and functional signs and identify a subpopulation of cells that reflect their malignant properties to improve the accuracy of determining the histological stages of tumor development. Methods: histological, histochemical, immunohistochemical, morphometric, densiometrycal, statistical. Past studies have made it possible to provide a comprehensive assessment of the properties neuroblastoma tumors and epithelial colon tumors forecast. Some signs of tumors cannot serve as criteria for prediction in individual patients with neuroblastoma tumor or epithelial colon tumors. It is shown that poorly differentiated neuroblastoma and adenocarcinoma of the colon and differ from the more differentiated tumor cell heterogeneity reduced levels , indicating that the entry the dominance they clone(s) with a stable genome and efficient systems for life support. Developed: how indirect determination of DNA in cell nuclei neuroblastoma tumors and epithelial colon tumors; for neuroblastoma tumors mathematical algorithms (models) determination of DNA in the nuclei of tumor cells, disease-free survival forecasts up to 1 year 3 - year and 5 - year survival, epithelial colon tumors mathematical algorithms (models) determine the stage of the tumor (anaplasia grade), disease-free survival forecasts 1 year, 3 - year survival.
