The problem of a heat conduction for anisotropic plate with heat-insulating cut is solved. Influence of a plate material thermal anisotropy and heat exchange conditions on magnitude of the perturbed temperature field, witch caused by presence of a cut, is investigated. The relative deviation between temperature in anisotropic and isotropic plates is investigated. The equation of eigen-frequencies of joint oscillations of plates and fluids for various cases of plates attaching and degeneration is obtained. Problems about translational and rotational oscillations of the cylindrical tank with the elastic bottom, containing ideal incompressible liquid with a free surface are considered. Expressions for an added mass and the added momentum of inertia of a liquid are deduced. Necessary conditions of a stability of an equilibrium position of considered mechanical systems are obtained. With allowance for the fundamental and additional tones of oscillations of ideal liquid the necessary conditions of a stability of a uniform rotation of a nonsymmetric rigid body with the arbitrary axially symmetric cavity containing a fluid are gained.
