Histochemical (reaction intensity of DNA apoptotic index ) and immunohistochemical (proliferation marker and regeneration Ki -67, antigens HLA, CD 16 , CD 56, factor Vilibranda ) features of the placental barrier structures of women with genital tract infections are established. Therapeutic and preventive system for correction set in women with genital infection immunological and hormonal disorders is developed, its effectiveness is proved. In infants without clinical signs of intrauterine infection there are signs of weakened immunity (reduction of T - lymphocytes and T - helper, insufficient production of immunoglobulin G, inhibition of functional activity of phagocytes). When intrauterine infection shifts proinflammatory / hyperreactive character are marked imbalance T - and B-lymphocytes and natural killer cells and phagocytic dysfunction, increased lytic activity of complement and immunoglobulin M production. Changes of the hemostatic system of the newborn (the risk of thrombosis and hypercoagulability ) and the imbalance between the indicators conditional-pathogenic and normal intestinal microflora. The connection between the presence of the polymorphism of GSTM1, GSTM1 and GSTP1 and ACE gene and the development of sepsis, RDS, pneumonia and IVH in premature infants. Algorithm psychological rehabilitation support for the dyad "mother-child" are developed on the basis of analysis of the impact of mental and emotional state of pregnant women with vaginal infection. Method for the treatment of newborns with intrauterine infection using domestic immunoglobulins is proposed, its effectiveness is proved.
