The aim is to study the practice of using illegal and fictitious transactions in securities, concept development mechanism shadowing Ukraine's stock market and conduct settlement of securities and the reasons making the necessary changes to the existing regulatory framework for shadowing Ukraine's stock market and Settlements of transactions securities. Object is a stock market of Ukraine and features of settlement of transactions in securities. The subject of research is the concept of the mechanism of shadowing Ukraine's stock market and settlements of transactions in securities. The results of research will be used by the Department of Economic Development of financial policies in the preparation of the draft Law of Ukraine to establish an effective mechanism shadowing securities market settlements of transactions in securities, pursuant to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 28.11.2011 № 1240 "On Approval of the State Programme for Prevention and combating Corruption for 2011-2015"
