Object of the investigation - a complex for measuring parameters of phototransducers (PT) in the pulsed mode. The purpose of the investigation consists in development and creation of the automated software-hardware measuring complex for diagnostics and investigation into multijunction tandem heterostructure photo transducers with a quantum-well media. The principle circuits are developed and experimental patterns of the pulse lighter and separate modules of the automated software-hardware complex for diagnostics and investigation into characteristics of the multi transition tandem photo converters with quantum-well media are manufactured. New methods for measurement of AVC of the multi transition PC are developed and tested for the case of the environment temperature and energy lighting of the measured pattern variation. The created modules and methods completely meet the metrological requirements of native and foreign standards and make it possible to investigate the PC characteristics in the pule mode of lighting with a high degree of precision.5481
