Object of study is the methods of identification and registration of cultural property during customs control, the total system encoding different types of cultural values in the "identifier cultural values" in view of UCCFEA, EU and Interpol system of accounting stolen cultural property, principles of formation of Software and Information complex (the - PEAK ) "cultural values" in the introduction of registration of cultural property. The purpose of research - improving the control of movement across the customs border of Ukraine cultural values, automation system for identifying cultural values for the registration and control of their movement across the customs border of Ukraine, providing decision support for customs clearance cultural values by establishing a registration system of cultural values. Research methods - a program-based technique, expert analysis and evaluation, hierarchical, faceted and descriptor methods of classification coding system . Results: developed software "Identifier cultural values", created pic " cultural values" as the basis of the registration of cultural property , working papers summarized in pic" cultural values", the main directions of integration pic " cultural values" in Integrated Automatic information system of the Ministry of income and charges Ukraine (hereinafter - YEAIS Mindohodiv ) The basic requirements for the design of the system of registration of cultural values, determined principles of registration of cultural property from "identifier cultural values "and pic" cultural values"; directions action for use recording systems to account for cultural property stolen cultural objects , developed guidelines on the use of PIC for the introduction of registration and identification forms to software and information complex "cultural values."
