The research purpose: to promote efficiency of medicare of patients with arterial hypertension by development and introduction of local protocol of improvement of clinical supervision of patients with arterial hypertension and concomitant pathology in the clinic of State scientific institution "Scientific and practical center of preventive and clinical medicine" of State administration department. Methods: clinical, laboratory, instrumental, x-ray-radiological, system analysis, questioning, statistical. The results of clinical and epidemiological researches are presented in 2081 patients with arterial hypertension. The local protocol of medicare of patients with arterial hypertension is developed as a result of introduction, upgrading medicare was attained : part of patients which attained the purpose level of blood pressure from 56,9% to 83,1%, and the amount of patients who have high motivation to treatment was increased from 37% to 63%. Research results of development of Compatible clinical protocol of primary, urgent and second (specialized) medicare "Arterial hypertension" ratified by Order of Ministry of Health of Ukraine № 384 on 24.05.2012. The features of clinics of arterial hypertension with hyperuricemia and gout are set. Hyperuricemia is the meaningful risk factor of cardio-vascular complications and is associated with the increase of myocardial infarction and stroke morbidity and kidney damage. It is proven that hypertensive patients with concomitant erythrocytosis are with high risk factor of thrombotic complications and recommendations on their treatment are developed. The features of levels and age-dependent structure of myocardial infarction morbidity among the contingent of civil servants are set which exceed in 2-3 times the indices of myocardial infarction morbidity of population of Ukraine. Extrapyramidal motive deficit and displays of cognitive and emotional and volitional disturbances are set for patients who had ischemic stroke which arise up due to the phenomenon of metabolic diashiz, the complex of medical and rehabilitation measures for the prophylaxis of progress of consequences of stroke is developed and its efficiency is proven. It is set that for patients with arterial hypertension, a concomitant hypothyroidism is the meaningful factor of unfavorable motion of ischemic cerebral complications (hypertensive encephalopathy) by cognitive changes and anxiety and depression disorders. 20 types of vestibular disorders are set as a result of instrumental researches because of disturbances on the different levels of CNS. Dizzinesses, osmo-, phono-and photophobia prevail among clinical manifestations for patients with arterial hypertension. It is proven that the impulsive magnetic fields worsen co-ordination of motions in patients with disturbances of the vestibular system.
