The paper establishes the basic scientific foundations of structural and chemical modification cyclodextrin (CD), chitosan, cellulose derivatives and vegetable oils with functional reactive compounds. Created and investigated for their participation practically valuable polymeric systems, including the inclusion complexes based on CD and organic molecules "guests" - nimodipine , fensuktsinala and quercetin. Experimental sample of the colloidal system based on hydroxypropyl - CD - polyvinylpyrrolidone and quercetin was investigated and recommended for further development of liquid medications. Polymers and copolymers of cyclodextrin obtained by method initiated thermopolymerization. Conducted studies of their sorption characteristics with respect to the pairs of volatile organic pollutants, in particular acetone. Series of weak and strong polyelectrolyte complexes with Na- carboxymethylcellulose, polyethyleneimine, polyacrylic acid and chitosan were created. Conducted their study. Performed chemical molding urethane polymers using modified vegetable oils and set criteria for their structural modification under the influence of magnetic and electric fields.5481
