Subject of research are economic relations arising from the interactions of ecological and social - economic systems in the process of realization of their potential at the stage of the information society. Object of study is an environmentally -oriented mechanisms for the implementation of socio - economic potential in the information society . The purpose of this study is scientific justification for environmentally oriented mechanisms for the implementation of socio - economic potential of the transition to the information society . According to the tasks used in the comparative methods , multivariate , statistical and system - structural analysis , as well as approaches : system - in justifying the basis for the formation of environmentally oriented mechanisms and feed them into a system of socio - economic development, integration - associated with the integration of science economy wildlife management in the national economy . GDR aims to create a new concept , which may be called the theory of synergetic development of open stationary systems , the rationale for a system of actions and management decisions for the formation of environmentally -oriented mechanisms for the implementation of socio - economic potential , based on the use of mechanisms of negative and positive feedback based on synergies . Appointment of these mechanisms is not only to ensure the maintenance of homeostasis of eco -socio - economic systems as components of the biosphere , but also in promoting the necessary socio - economic transformation. We have studied the fundamentals of formation mechanisms for the implementation of socio - economic potential for sustainable development in the information - the transformation of social processes . Studies suggest that sustainable development of the area through the establishment of regional Ecopolis is effective due to the development of cluster formations. Such formations on the basis of environmentally -oriented mechanisms for the implementation of their socio - economic potential at the regional level are competitive , corresponding to world standards and have high investment attractiveness. Work on the improvement and practical testing of integrated development and self-organization theory of open systems: a case of stationary industrial park in Sumy region. Within the framework of research back important scientific problem - studied the fundamentals of formation of ecologically oriented mechanisms for the implementation of socio - economic potential in the information society .
