Object of study - the relationship between the clinical state and ekstralarynhealnymy vocal tract symptoms in patients with functional voice disorders. Purpose - to identify the most informative indicators of clinical videolaryngostroboscopic, psychoacoustics, electrophysiological studies including data videolaryn - hostroboskopiy and clinical course of the disease in terms of improving the diagnosis of functional disorders of voice. Methods: Clinical, videolarynhostroboskopiya, subjective audiometry, acoustic impedansometriya, auditory evoked potentials ( KSVP and DSVP ) as well as ECG, REG, EEG, UZDG vessels of the head and neck. Our studies confirm the usefulness of the evaluation of the auditory analyzer , cardiovascular system ( CVS ), in particular, cerebral hemodynamics and central nervous system (CNS) in patients with chronic functional disorders of the voice.
