All studied 240 samples ( ready to feed, meat and bone meal , fish meal , samples Grain , meal ), 21 % of the investigated samples contained DNA of Salmonella . The causative agents of salmonellosis samples of commercial poultry eggs isolated in 10% of cases investigated poultry were free from Salmonella .In the study of samples of biological material ( internal organs ) of chickens in the last 3 years there has been a trend of increasing the number of Salmonella cultures isolated from 9% to 14.9 % of the total studied birds. The sensitivity of the PCR method for establishing a preliminary diagnosis on salmonelonosiystvo set at 95%, as confirmed by bacteriological examination .Estimated species-specific primers for detection of bacteria of the genus Salmonella serovariantiv Salmonella Dublin, Salmonella Heidelberg, Salmonella Infantis, Salmonella Virchow, Salmonella Typhisuis, Salmonella Gallinarum-pullorum, Salmonella Typhi. On the basis of the research developed a system of monitoring bacterial contamination of feed. This system allows for a minimum period of time to have information about the possibility of contamination of feed with salmonella and other bacterial factors.
