First complex molecular-genetic description of population of HIV that circulates on the modern stage of epidemic of Віл-інфекції/of AIDS is given in a country. On the basis of molecular-genetic analysis to the genome of HIV the spectrum of mutations of резистентності of virus to АРВ-препаратів and frequency of their forming are set for the ВІЛ-інфікованих patients depending on duration of reception, amount of preparations in a chart and belonging them to the certain фармакотерапевтичної group. Frequency of virologic unefficiency is certain АРТ depending on duration of treatment : in 6 months АРТ she registers oneself for 5,93% patients, in 12 months - in 4,73% and for 2,62% patients in 24 months from the beginning of therapy. It is educed that reason of virologic unefficiency of treatment on early terms АРТ mostly forming of резистентності of virus to the ненуклеозідних inhibitors of reverse транскриптази and low level of favour of the ВІЛ-інфікованих patients becomes to treatment. The protracted reception of АРВ-препаратів results in considerable expansion of spectrum of mutations of резистентності of HIV to the нуклеозідних inhibitors of reverse транскриптази due to joining of mutations that is included in the so-called complex МРАТ - "mutation of резистентності to the analogues of thumidine". It is shown that the level of distribution of primary резистентності of HIV in Ukraine remains subzero and does not exceed 5%.
