Aimed at improving methods of immunocorrection for complex treatment of patients with chronic inflammation of the upper respiratory tract estimated the impact of individual characteristics of the colonizing profile on the state of local and systemic immunity in patients with chronic hyperplastic processes in lymphoid tissues associated with the mucous membrane of the upper respiratory tract; developed system of clinical, immunological and microbiological criteria for individual immunocorrection. Research methods: immunological , serological , clinical , microbiological. To assess the impact of individual characteristics of the colonizing profile on the functional state of immunity in patients with different types of chronic hyperplastic processes in lymphoid tissues associated with the mucous membrane of the upper respiratory tract; developed system of clinical, immunological and microbiological criteria for individual immunocorrection in this pathology. Investigated the functional state of the immune system at the different types of hyperplastic processes in the upper respiratory tract; the influence of certain representatives of the individual colonization profile on the pathogenesis of chronic hyperplastic processes of the oropharynx; grounded criteria of expediency and features of application of individualized иммунокорреции chronic hyperplastic processes of the upper respiratory tract.
