Research subject: acmeological determiners of teacher's personality professional development. Project aim: investigate the process of professional teacher's personality development from the position of wholesome and continuation of the letter as the culture subject, capable of professional development, self-actualization and reaching the peaks of professionalism. The immediate research objectives: 1) analyze historical and pedagogical aspects of acmeological education ogranization; 2) ground theoretical and methodological basis for professional teacher's personality development in the sphere of acmeology; 3) determine the contents and the conditions for effecient professional development as a pedagogical criterion and an integrated personal quality. Research outcomes: on the basis of scientitfic works analysis the author's understanding of such categories as " professionalism", "acmeological approach", "professional growth", "methodological culture", "social maturity", "social and professional maturity", "professional position", " social activity", "professional self-realization" was grounded and presented.
