As a result of this work: The cells of recombinant yeast strains - over-producers with a high content of target enzymes were obtained; FC b2 and arginase were isolated from the over-producers yeast strains H. polymorpha "tr1" and NCYC 495 pGAP1-HsARG1(leu2car1 Sc:LEU2), respectively; АDІ Mycoplasma hоminis - from the cels of E. coli BL-21; GDH - H. рolymorpha - from the W303 (HpGDH) Saccharomyces cerevisiae were purified; Preparations of GDH, ADI and FC b2 were transferred to the laboratory of Biomolecular Electronics Department of the Translation Mechanisms of Genetic Information NAS of Ukraine to carry out the research work; The methods of arginase, ADI and mediators immobilization on the surface of amperometric transducer were optimized. The new enzymatic methods for L-Arg assay based on arginase have been developed. Proposed enzymatic methods were applied to the samples of wines for L-Arg testing.
