The study was conducted at JSC "Temp" . Purpose - to study theoretical positions determine methodological approaches and the development of applied recommendations to enhance business activity on a machine- based financial security of its innovation and technological development and taking into account the institutional features of national business environment. During the research we used a systematic and comprehensive approach. Methods: sociological methods, economic and statistical analysis of economic- mathematical methods , the method of peer review, the method of fuzzy sets. Data processing was carried out by use of computer technology and software. In carrying out the work: formed the theoretical basis of innovation and technological development engineering company, the necessity of increasing its innovative capacity in accordance with the strategic goals and allowing for the technical and technological modernization of its production system ; the features of the national institutional environment affecting the business activities of engineering companies and identify opportunities and areas of innovation development; reasonably need to develop staff competencies to improve management of innovative development and business activity building enterprise.
