The study was conducted at the state enterprises "Novator".  Purpose – to study theoretical positions, the definition of methodological approaches and develop practical recommendations to improve the efficiency of resource management engineering enterprise based on institutional features of the domestic business environment. In the process of research was used systematic and comprehensive approaches. Methods: sociological methods, economic and statistical analysis, mathematical economics, method comparisons, the method of expert estimates. Data processing was carried out by use of computer technology and software.
