With the help of mathematical model of erosion and development of necessary antierosion protection of the combined type focused on rational association of traditional active and passive antierosion protection of new type, the perspective approach to the decision of a problem of effective protection of working wreaths of last steps of turbines of the atomic power station from erosion is offered and proved on the basis of forecasting parameters of erosive influence of secondary drops for entrance edges of workers blades in concrete conditions of operation of steps. Mechanical characteristics, in particular, microhardness, abrasive deterioration, cavitation stability{resistance} of the tempered layer a surface лопаток are investigated. Dependence of structure of the tempered layer on temperature of processing is investigated during drawing coverings. The concept of the new combined antierosion protection working blades last steps of turbines of the atomic power station is developed. The concept takes into account results of forecasting of mathematical model of the basic characteristics of erosion which allows to reduce significally negative influence of factors of destruction by change of parameters of an active way of antierosion protection and to use passive protection by creation on a surface blades antierosion coverings a method of atomic-ionic dispersion of materials in vacuum (method АИР) that provides increase in capacity and profitability of last steps ЦНД of steam turbines of the atomic power station.
