The object of study - patients with complex defects as a result of tissue injury, disease and developmental abnormalities Objective: to improve the functional and aesthetic results of surgical treatment of patients with soft tissue defects of various etiologies by expanding the range of surgical procedures and diferentsiyovanoho approach to the choice of operations depending on the location and morphological characteristics of the defect using prelaminovanyh prefabrykovanyh systems and tissues. Methods: Experimental , morphological, radiological , laboratory , ultrasound, arteriohrafichni , clinical survey. Project objectives: 1) to justify the indications for the method of closing defects depending on the functional and aesthetic requirements retsypiyentnoyi zone 2 ) Develop clear criteria for the selection of adequate surgical treatment of patients with soft tissue defects of various localization 3) Develop methods for recovery of soft tissue localization of various lost due to destructive lesions , cancer surgery and missing as a result of congenital malformations using autotransplantation prefabrykovanyh prelaminovanyh complex systems and tissues 4) to analyze the functional and aesthetic results in patients with soft tissue defects of various localization techniques using various surgical interventions and evaluate their effectiveness 5) Examine optimal timing and stages of combined surgical procedures in patients with soft tissue defects of various localization 6) to improve methods prefabrykatsiyi complex tissues for replacement of soft tissue defects of various localization 7) to improve methods prelaminatsiyi complex tissues for replacement of soft tissue defects of different localization
