The aim of investigation is to study the pathological influence of lipopolysaccharide upon tissues of oral cavity and other organs, the elaboration of therapeutic and preventive preparation in the form of mucosa-adhesive gels with bioflavonoids. The methods of investigation are experimental, biochemical and statistic. The equipment: spectrophotometer UV mini-1240 Shimadzu, photoelectrocolorimeter KFK-3, ionometer рН-150М, balance laboratory electronic analytical ESJ-60, centrifugal machine PC-6. The scientific novelty: the role of system endotoxinemy in pathogenesis of stomatological diseases was determined for the first time: the intramuscular introduction of lipopolysaccharide results in the development of inflammation, dysbiosis, intensification of lipids peroxide oxidation, decrease in the activity of antioxidant protection in oral tissues. The pathogenous influence of lipopolysaccharide at its application on oral tissues upon the state of vitals of experimental animals was revealed: the development of inflammatory and dysbiotic phenomena, intensification of lipids peroxide oxidation simultaneous to the reduction of the activity of antioxidant protection and nonspecific immunity in liver, kidneys, urinary bladder and retina of rats. The therapeutic and preventive effectiveness of the preparations of bioflavonoids "Quertulin", "Extravin" and bilberry paste under the influence of lipopolysaccharide was displayed. The effective form of the use of bioactive substances in dentistry, i.e. mucosa-adhesive gels, is substantiated. The recipes of gels with the introduction of Quertulin, quercethin, vine leaves extract, lysozyme, phytolysozyme, prebiotics from soy, prebiotic Symbiter, were elaborated. The practical value. The technology of the production was worked out; the license by the head sanitary inspector of the MH of Ukraine for the application of the food additive "Quertulin", phytogels with quercethin, Quertulin, vine leaves extract, phytolysozyme, Symbiter, "Galsodent" was obtained. The materials of SRD are published in 50 articles, 26 theses. 5 monographs, 4 practical policies are issued, 7 patents are obtained.
