A mathematical model of the electromagnetic field of underground pipeline is (UP) based on hybrid waves in the presence of the interface surface-to-air, causing their depolarization. The possibilities of contactless identification and differentiation damage insulation distance between them is greater than the depth of the UP. A mathematical model of the physical and chemical processes on the verge of steel and the electrolyte under conditions of mechanical stress is developed. Polarization potential, capacitance and charge double layer and interfacial energy and tension are calculated. Method and means for determining the transition resistance "pipe-land" and to isolate areas of UP for contactless current measurements with the determination of the density distribution of direct current cathodic protection UP are developed.
