Objective - development and implementation of electric power systems modes calculation and analysis methods based on local electrical systems with distributed generation for operational control tasks . Research methods - to analyze and solve the tasks, generalizing methods of similarity theory and modeling methods of linear and nonlinear programming . Steady-state regimes are modeled based on the method of node voltages . First developed a method for determining the distributed energy sources stability coefficient in electrical networks, taking into account the probabilistic nature of charts and graphs of electricity sources, allows to take into account when assessing their characteristics and mode reliability. First developed method for the determination electrical distribution networks with distributed generation functioning quality, which, given the set of probability parameters and characteristics of the local electrical systems which allow to evaluate their modal balance and reliability. First developed the method of determining the optimum installed capacity of distributed energy sources, which, given the inconsistency of schedules electricity sources and functioning. Developed metod allows to create effective plans for development of distributed generation in electric systems to provide reliable and quality electricity.
