The main approaches, principles, conditions of future pedagogues' cultural and educational space harmonization have been identified: the idea of human development as meta-criterion of human-dimension of cultural and educational space of future pedagogues' professional training has been conceptualized; the theoretical and methodological foundations of open education as a strategy for implementation of the ideas and principles of human-dimension have been elaborated; the meaningful dialogue range of worldview and spiritual identities, its fundamental importance in the structuring of personality's cultural and educational space on the basis of human-dimension approach have been identified; human-dimension has been explicited as the project keynote of the personality's worldview psychology; the significance of modern environmental education for harmonization of future pedagogues' educational and cultural space has been given reasons for. The research results have been implemented in the educational process of Melitopol Bogdan Khmelnitsky State Pedagogical University. The expected assumptions as for research object development: harmonization of cultural and educational space of future pedagogues will be effective only on condition of implementation of the human dimension approach in the activity of all the institutions of the cultural and educational space, its substantive components, integration of all the efforts of the subjects of the cultural and educational process, creation of expert diagnostics, scientific support of the cultural and educational space functioning.
