Object of research - 259 laboratory rats. Study purpose: to investigate neurobiological mechanisms of therapeutic effects of allo- and xenotransplantation of embryonic nervous tissues using the experimental models of functional and degenerative violations of brain. Research methods - neuro-and electrophysiological, etiological, immunological, biochemical, mathematical methods. Results of the study - at the models of functional and degenerative violations of brain there were presented the positive effects of intracerebral and distant allo- and xenotransplantation of embryonic nerve tissues on cognitive processes, motor activity, electrogenesis of brain, cardiovascular functions, endogenous bio-regulators, immune reactivity. Sialic acids are the markers of functional integration of transplantat and the brain of recipient.
