Object of research - patients with focal epilepsy with transformations of epileptic attacks and patients with focal epilepsy without transformations. Study purpose: on the basis of complex studying of neuroimmune links and clinical features of transformation of epileptic attacks, dynamics of pathophysiological functions and brain electrogenesis at patients with focal epilepsy with transformations of epileptic attacks to find out the mechanisms of influence of immune system disorders on epileptogenesis and to expand knowledge about components of epilepsy's pathomorphism. Results of the study - there have been observed neuropsychiatric disorders at patients with violations of various links of immune system and transformations of epileptic seizures, as well as changes in electrogenesis of the brain and changes in life quality.
