In this project we investigated intermolecular interactions in the complexes of biopolymers with single wall carbon nanotubes (SWCNT), phluorescent probes, metal ions as fundamental basement for creation of new type of modern nanobiosensors. We obtained data about SWCNT interactions with biopolymers, enzyms, phluorescent probes which are the components of the biosensors. We studied pecuilarities of the intermolecular interactions between the biosensor components at low temperature.
