The expert systems created on the basis of the analysis of ingibitors of C. albicans, M. tuberculosis and tubulin are the effective instrument for selection of potentially active compounds with an appropriate mechanism of biological action. Biological testing of compounds with high predicted activity allowed to recommend a number of them as potential anti-candidiasis, anti- tuberculosis and anti-cancer agents.
