As a result of implementation of work a technological equipment is improved on that an oxide get nano-coverages on dielectric materials with improved thermal isolating properties. New methodology of receipt of thin and ultrathin oxide coverages on optical dielectrics with enhanceable operating descriptions and new combined methodology of determination of thermal losses of wares with the use of stationary method of flat layer. New datas were set about diminishing of thermal losses in oxide coverages: TiO2 (1,05-1,32); Al2O3 (1,13-1,8); ZrO2 (1,5-2,33) and also dependence of thermal resistance of dielectric from the thickness of oxide coverage. First got dependence of change microhardness of oxide coverages (TiO2, Al2O3, ZrO2) on optical glass of К8 after electronic and radial modification from its thickness: TiO2 in 1,24 times; Al2O3 in 1,15 times; ZrO2 in 1,1 times. It is first set that oxide coverages on the surfaces of dielectric materials promote the term of exploitation of dielectrics on the average on 30-40%, and wearproofness on 8-13%.
