Object of the study is the investigation of physical-chemical properties and structure of nanocomposite coatings based on Ti-Hf-Si-N; Zr-Ti-Si-N and (Ti - Hf-Zr-V-Nb) N, as well as the study of the effect of deposition parameters on phase and elemental composition of obtained films.
