The new series of p-tert-butylcalix[4]arene derivatives substituted at the lower rim by 4-amido or 4-imino-benzocrown ethers with nitrogen, oxygen and sulfur atoms in crown ether cycle were synthesized. The complexing and extracting abilities for cations of some s- and d-elements of synthesized compounds were established. It was found that calix[4]arenes with amidobenzocrown- and iminobenzoditiacrown subsistents demonstrated high extracting abilities toward potassium, strontium, rubidium, cadmium and argentum cations
