Purpose of the research - to determine the range of new agents that have promising characteristics for possible use in various fields of optoelectronics and nonlinear optics. Research methods - classical methods of physicochemical analysis ( DTA, XRD, ISA) , crystal growth , XPS , HDH . Phase balance in systems kvazipotriynyh Tl2X-Hg (Pb) X-DIVX2 at 520 K has studied. The diagrams of phase balance of politermical sections TlInX2-SnX2, AgGaGe3Se8-AgInGeSe4, AgGaGe3Se8-"AgGaSi3Se8" and AgGaGe3Se8-"AgGaSn3Se8" i Ag0, 5Pb1, 75GeS4-Ag0, 5Pb1, 75GeSe4 have created. For the first time 12 new quaternary compounds have invented,7 of them solved the crystal structure. By X-ray method the mechanism of formation of solid solutions Tl1-xIn1-xSnxS2, Tl1-xIn1-xSnxSe2, AgxGaxGe1-xSe2 and solid solutions based on AgGaGe3Se8. Obtained crystals AgGaGeS4, AgCd2GaS4, Ag0, 5Pb1, 75GeS4, Ag2In2SiS6, Ag2In2GeS6, AgxGaxGe1-xSe2 has set and solid solutions based on AgGaGe3Se8, Ag0, 5Pb1, 75GeS3Se, Tl1-xIn1-xSnxS2 (x = 0, 0.1, 0.2; 0,3; 0,4; 0,5) i Tl1-xIn1-xSnxSe2 (x = 0, 0.1, 0.2 , 0.25) and their optical, nonlinear optical, electrical and photovoltaic properties have studied. With the RFU the electronic structure of a number of compounds has calculated. Research results can be used for introduction of technology to obtain single crystals of a number of compounds and their use in optoelectronic and nonlinear optical devices. Assumptions for the development of object research are development of technologies for producing single crystals of a number of other quaternary chalcogenides .
