Cognitive functions in patients with Parkinson’s disease as well as with genuine and symptomatic forms of epilepsy have been studied; the programs of differential treatment of Parkinson’s disease and epilepsy have been improved; the use of antioxidants and glutargin-containing medications has been pathogenetically substantiated; clinical and paraclinical efficacy of trimetazidine in mild traumatic brain injury has been proved; the peculiarities of anxiety and depression in ischemic heart disease have been studied; therapeutic resistance in patients with stress-related neurotic and somatoform psychiatric disorders has been investigated.
