Objective - prepare the immune components to make evaluative determination of patulin by enzyme immunoassay (ELISA), immune biosensor based on surface plasmon resonance (SPR) and ion-sensitive field-effect transistors (ICHPT) in model solutions. Compare the efficacy of the above approaches, namely their sensitivity and performance features. Methods - ELISA, conjugation, PPR and ICHPT immune biosensors. The introduction of a market economy led to the arrival in Ukraine a variety of imported food. In addition, these products as arahis, cocoa, coffee, almond and others, often affected by mold fungi, which requires a thorough sanitary mycological control.
