Research technology for producing of nanostructured billets from commercially pure titanium for plates of medical purposes was developed. The combined processing was proposed consisting of two stages. At the first stage a warm twist extrusion under backpressure of initial coarse grained billet. In the second stage to implement the necessary shaping by means of warm rolling. In the processed titanium alloys a high level of mechanical properties was obtained.
