The purpose of research - mix expansion, quality improvement, cost reduction of the production of sheet and rolled materials submiro and nanocrystalline structure. Theoretical and practical results: specified premises and boundary conditions of deformation zone processes flat and long rolling materials submiro and nanocrystalline structure, and developed mathematical models of stress-strain state of the metal and the main indicators of quality in the implementation of these flowsheets. Novelty: theoretically refined patterns of influence of technological and structural parameters on the performance of the stress- strain state, power parameters and indicators of quality in flat and long rolled materials submiro and nanocrystalline structure. Effectiveness of implementation: raising the reliability of simulation results 10-15(%). Scope: rolling production, the production of special materials, the development of software.
