It was found the effect of the duration of deposition and amount of thiourea in the solution on the structural and micro-structural properties of condensates. It was shown that growth of thin films was occurred through the formation of nanorods with form as hexagonal prisms with further splicing intervals between nanowires by plate crystallites. The growth was occurred perpendicular to substrate.
