The concentrations of vitamin С, V1, V2 and others and their metabolities are coenzimecal and noncoenzymecal control the activity of the enzymes which are depended from them. The rateof these processes depends from season experience, as well as conditions of the organism under the action of phisiological, pathological and stressful factor. The thiamine and its derived binding with partly cleaned cathepsin L is realized by means of interactions his pyrimydine part with molecule of the enzyme.Thiamin and its metabolites, except thiaminenhiol, activate the partly cleaned cathepsin L with thiasole round-robin form.
