Purpose - to increase the use of mathematical methods for the assessment of planning and economic development , the use of ABC, XYZ, analytic hierarchy process (AHP ) taxonomy elements of the theory of fluctuations in the financial and economic calculations. The report by using the methods of ABC, XYZ and correlation- regression analysis of a study of local taxes and expenses, which defined the most important articles for effective management control in these systems . The method of correlation and regression analysis examined the components of international trade and investment in Ukraine it. Attention is paid to the need to increase trade in services and trade in uneven process across regions. Using taxonomic analysis determined the rating of Ukraine among neighboring countries and developed countries and which groups is similar economic indicators , as well as the attractiveness of regions of Ukraine to invest. Using z- transforms of Markov chains to the device in the study of linear models of international trade yielded the analytical form of the step-wise distribution of the total budget between trading partners and speed of shrinkage process to steady state. Considered the dynamics of economic markets when exposed to periodic changes in external factors. The proposed data processing system of monitoring economic parameters can qualitatively assess the dynamics of the system.
