Object of study - information and consultation activities - Extension service. The aim is to compile the best foreign and domestic experience and methodology of formation Extension service for organizing information and consultancy activities in the agricultural production of Ukraine on the basis of innovation. Research methods are system analysis, SWOT- analysis, monographic, statistical, sociological research. An innovative direction of the guidance agroindustrial sector is a development of Extension system in the low level of funding that will provide help address many pressing issues on the revival process of knowledge transfer and innovation on the principle "at any time and in any place ". For effective implementation Extension services are offered using a systematic approach and interactive technologies to meet the challenges for the market economy, based upon the characteristics of financial advisory services (information value, innovation) and on the characteristics of the client advisory service management (liquidity, the average yield ). Scope is agriculture, agricultural extension.
