It was shown that under acute stress the content in chelantophilic cells of zinc and magnesium rose and of copper decreased and on the contrary under chronic one zinc and magnesium content was increased under action of various even opposite of it's nature factors (for example, physical load and immobilisation, low and high temperatures) similar changes were developed in the cells, that allows to attribute such changes to the sings of nonspecific adaptation syndrome of the cell system (NASCS). The data of the work and conclusions were inculcated in theoretical and practical studies and also for revealing of the premorbid states in habitants of various regions, the workers of industrial undertakings in order to prevent the professional deseases development. The methods were defensed with patents, the results were published in USA, Russia and other foreign countries.
