The effectiveness of a modified chemotherapy treatment CTD was analized. We recieved the data on the effectiveness of the proposed scheme. The efficiency of bortezomib in the first and in the second line treatment of MM with almost no hematologic toxicity was shown. We discovered a significant (p<0.05 ) and with a tendency towards significant (p <0.1 but ? 0,05) correlation of metabolic and coagulation parameters in patients with MM. In the assessment of the quality of life of patients with MM we found significantly lower rates of physical pain and functional performance and a tendency to more severe symptoms of fatigue and pain.
