Supplemented practice using techniques (sociology, psychology and pedagogy) in the tax field study methods such as complex psychological profesiohrafuvannya and coping resurne evaluation. Improved strategy optimization of the tax authorities of Ukraine with regard to its social and psychological characteristics in overcoming the phenomenon of professional deformation and stress, as well as play areas of human resources and strategies to optimize tax preparation professionals profile.
