purpose of work is research of problems of development of industry and determination of basic priorities, tasks and measures of development of motor transport of Ukraine, necessities of national economy and population directed on providing, in safe and high-quality motor transport services. Job performances are researches, resulted in-process, represented in the project of the Government having a special purpose economic program of development of motor transport on a period to 2015 year. Industry of application - work will be used Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine for determination of priorities of development of motor transport of Ukraine, which will answer principles of the European transport policy and national strategy of development of country, will provide the balanced development of industry in accordance with national priorities.
