New decision-making methods for problems with fuzzy objective are developed. Algorithms of minimax estimation and optimal control for partial differential equations are offered. An approach for economic indicators forecasting is proposed using the pseudoinverse by Moore-Penrose. The theory of stochastic systems with repeated calls, controlling parameters in a class of threshold and hysteresis strategies is developed. Distance learning course "Systems with repeated calls" is developed.
