The frequency of mutations CCR2-64I of chemokine receptors CCR2 gene among Western Ukraine population is 16 % and is corresponding with that in other European ethnic groups. The obtained results has shown that the frequency of mutation SDF-1 3'A - 33.5 % of Western Ukraine inhabitance is considerably higher than in other ethnic groups. The heterozygous mutation CCR2-64I was detected twice more often among women than in men. It has been identified nineteen compounds heterozygous for different mutations of chemokine receptor genes in the study group. Number of people do not carried any protective genotype is 33 %. A genotyping HLA-DRB1 and HLA-DQA1 loci in healthy individuals from the population of Western Ukraine was performed and distribution and frequency of alleles was established. The distribution of HLA-DRB1 and HLA-DQA1 genes alleles among carriers of non-carriers of chemokine receptors CCR5del32, CCR2-64I and SDF- 1 3'A genes mutation was not significantly different. The obtained results on the spread of protective alleles in Ukrainian population would help to predict the epidemiological situation of HIV / AIDS in the future.
