Photo-electric and photo-luminescence properties of nanostructured layers of CdTe, ZnCdTe, MnCdTe are measured, it was first discovered and studied influence of nano-sized structures on the CdTe solid solutions of photoconductivity and photoluminescence. The mechanisms of changes of photoconductivity and photo-luminescence are found out.
