An aim of work is an improvement of functioning of programmatic-technological complex of computer network of the system STI for the increase of level of research and information accompaniment and providing of scientifically-technological and innovative development. Research methods are a dialectical method of cognition, principles of approaches of the systems and complex taking into account the arsenal of analytical methods, analysis of the systems of the modern state of the informative providing, technologies of communication of data, resources of the Ukrainian segment the Internet, mathematical design, general theory of the systems. Realization of scientific development is settle the problems of the system of priv CROW-BAR UkrINTEI from an unauthorized division from a network the Internet; facilities of presentation of the integrated system DB and EIR from STD in an external contour; remote access to various TCNS. In the process of implementation of research work a study is undertaken in relation to an improvement: – local channels of the system of defence of facilities of presentation of the ntegrated system DB and EIR from STD in an external contour; – distribution of loading of servers of support of local area network, servers of routing, servers of web systems. Research was conducted on the basis of study of home and world experience in relation to the state and prospects of development of computer-communication facilities and systems.
