It is based on the PANi/Nafion/copper nanocomposite and was fabricated using the layer-by-layer electrodeposition. The optimum technology of modification of carbon electrodes with copper nanoparticles and polianiline membrane is elaborated. Control experiments were performed to determine the sensitivity of PANi/Nafion/copper nanocomposite to creatinine and urea. The electrochemical and analytical properties of the designed PANi/Nafion/copper nanocomposite on the printed carbon electrode surface were determined: the lowest value of measurable concentration of ammonium ions (LOD), linear range of measuring the ammonium chloride concentration (linearity range), an influence of electrolytes in the buffer solution on the chemosensor performance, pH-dependence of the nanocomposite work.
